Official Title A Pilot Study for Ilorasertib (ABT-348) in Patients With CDKN2A-deficient Advanced Solid Cancers: A Series of Individual Patient Cross-Over Studies With Growth Trajectory Assessment

Brief Summary This pilot phase I trial studies how well ilorasertib works in treating patients with cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A)-deficient solid cancers that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed by surgery. Ilorasertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
